In our extruder plant there are 3 different types of UNION extruder to produce sheets and rolls of different thicknesses, in the color specified by the customer, in one layer or multilayer version, using various additives if necessary. Our products can be either of smooth or structured surfaces.
When extruding plastic material, the raw material in the form of granules or grinds passes through the heated screw turning into a molten state which gets to the molding tool and then, it is finally cooled between calander rolls. Depending on the further use, winding the film and cutting the manufactured sheet to size complete the whole process of extrusion.
Thicknesses produced: 0.3 – 6 mm
Maximum width: 1000 mm
Processed materials: PS, PP, ABS, ESD/PS
